Teba was an eclectic compound with a temple and a zoo of people on the grounds, this will suit some travelers and annoy others.

The garden setting and friendly atmosphere. Breakfast delivered outside your room each morning and the food was above expectation.
There is a building site on the property as they are extending the guesthouse. So expect some noise.

Locating on a quiet street. Walking distance to Ubud market and Monkey Forest street. Has private parking space and easy to find space to park on the street. Extremely friendly staff. Wifi is strong and free. Breakfast is nice and included. Coffee/tea/hotwater are provided anytime. I will stay here next time I stay in Ubud.

The yard with pebbles, flowers, etc looks very nice. We took a lot of pictures. The location is convenient for us: Bebek Bengil restaurant, Zen spa, Perama bus, and a supermarket are all within walking distance. Also, it is not far from Monkey forest, up to 15min walk. The room (deluxe double) is clean and nice.Wooden bed (very big!), table, chair and wardrobe. Also has air-con.
There's no tv in the room. Wi-fi is available only in the yard or on first floor. Our room is on second floor and no wi-fi signal at all. Staff speaks English, but not good enough, can be improved.
